About HOCAA BUBBLE TEA(Berkshire Mall)
Fresh Taiwanese street food and bubble Tea
HOCAA BUBBLE TEA(Berkshire Mall) is a bubble tea in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 1665 State Hill Rd, Wyomissing, PA 19610, which places it among the local businesses of Wyomissing that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Their teas are delicious. Visited on the 1st of June and young lady with dark hair and a first name starting with an M (didn’t ask because she was busy and taking up the employee’s time during a rush is rude) remembered my intricate order despite not having served me for weeks. She is the pinnacle of customer service. I hope her boss appreciates her!

The drinks were really good and I enjoyed what I ordered. The only reason I’m leaving less than 5 stars is because the customer service could definitely be better. When you walk by, it looks like no one is there to help you until you get really close to the counter. A young girl was sitting on the floor, which felt very unprofessional. I had to call for her attention twice, and when she responded, she had an attitude. With service like that, it honestly makes people not want to come back. The drinks were worth trying, but the overall experience would be much better with friendlier and more attentive customer service.

I have been going to this boba location alongside my sisters for over a year and I have always loved the brown sugar boba. All of the workers are incredibly sweet, the drinks are always consistent in taste and quality. Overall it's a good experience, definitely check it out if you haven't. (ps. the berkshire mall is dying, truly the only reason why I go there)

Good ice cream spot located in Berkshire Mall. The cashier's customer service skills could have been better, but since the ice cream with the waffle was so good, I'll overlook that. Hard to beat the fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. Will return again if I'm in the area.

One of my top places! Once you go there enough the employees definitely start to remember you 😄 I definitely recommend the brown sugar boba but many of the other options are amazing. I also can't recommend the Egg Waffle enough, especially with the added ice cream 🍦 overall it's great and I love it ❤️ Edit: still love it here but now getting brown sugar boba with coffee jellies which is a nice combo 🙂↕️Also the customizable egg waffles are amazing, loved the queen berry one with the vanilla egg waffle base
